PINS have just announced a series of eBay auctions to help fund their trip to SXSW this year. From 6PM tonight (26th Jan), fans will have a chance to win some rare items and experiences.
“Touring the USA is a dream for any band, but my god it’s expensive,” explains guitar Lois MacDonald. “We’ve decided to auction off some of our treasure in order to fund the trip. It’s really personal stuff, one off test pressings, actual pieces of the Super 8 footage from the “Dazed by You” video, the original Polaroid from the Wild Nights artwork, lyrics straight from Faith’s notebook! It’s tough to part with this stuff!”

Last year, PINS released second album Wild Nights via Bella Union to much acclaim. The album was recorded in Joshua Tree at Rancho De La Luna with Dave Catching (of Eagles of Death Metal) and Hayden Scott, and mixed in New York with Ben Baptie at Atomic Sound NYC (Mark Ronson).
Along with the album’s release, 2015 was also defined by a packed out touring schedule for the band supporting the likes of Sleater-Kinney, Drenge, Wire, Best Coast, Gang Of Four and Stealing Sheep.
