Even though it is not yet Christmas, it is already time to start thinking about next year’s Manchester Psych Fest which will take place on 5 September 2026. The first tranche of acts has been announced and will feature a headline set from the legendary Beta Band together with Northern heroes Working Men’s Club, the critically acclaimed Gwenno, Belgian-Canadian duo Ghostwoman, and local new wave musician Freak Slug.

Truthseeking dream-pop from Night Tapes, dark-pop five-piece Dog Race, lo-fi shoegazers thistle., Manchester seven-piece Mleko, alt-punks Lemonsuckr and local post-punk favourites Martial Arts also join the bill, with many more to be unveiled over the coming months.

The 2026 edition of the festival will bring over 70 leading live acts, live visuals from Innerstrings, food, art, DJs, workshops and yoga to Manchester’s finest venues.

Ticket prices have been frozen at last year’s second tier cost for a very limited time. Limited £49.50 tickets on sale 10am Wednesday 12th November at Manchester Psych Fest.

NHS workers and Under 24s can get tickets at the special price of £39.50.

The venues that will be home to the venue include Manchester Academy, Albert Hall, o2 Ritz, Projekts Skate Park, Gorilla, YES, Deaf Institute & The Bread Shed.
