Syd Arthur have finally revealed the video for their new single Edge of The Earth, the first single to be taken from their forthcoming album On An On, released July 2nd.

Greatly inspired by the sonic pioneers of the late 60s and early 70s, Syd Arthur have put together an album that not only revels in the music of decades long past but matches the contemporary psychedelic sounds of like Wolf People, Black Mountain and Tame Impala.

Featuring an exciting visual collaboration between analogue lighting pioneer Roderic Wilson’s latest ‘light box’ creation and directed by Alaric King, this pulsating, atmospheric video really captures the energy in the track.

Talking of the video, Joel said;

“Edge of the Earth is a personal favourite of the band, both in terms of the atmosphere it creates, and how fun it is to perform live. When we came up with the idea for the video, this track seemed to work perfectly with its rhythmic qualities being mimicked by the light-box.”
