Hannah Cohen will release her new album on March 30.

The American singer will release Pleasure Boy through Bella Union, and in advance of its release, she has shared the album’s opening track, Keepsake.

Her second album, which follows 2012’s debut Child Bride, is inspired by a painful break-up, and the anxietes which it can trigger.

Pleasure Boy, like Child Bride, was produced by Thomas Bartlett, aka Doveman, who is known for his work with bands including The National and Antony and the Johnsons.

Hannah said: ““I wanted the music to hurt, to have a visceral effect.

“Pleasure Boy is a character of who it’s about, someone who represents gluttony and decadence and richness.”

1. Keepsake
2. Lilacs
3. Watching You Fall
