Independent label Blak Hand Records are happy to announce the release of Purple Heart Parade’s new single ‘Drifter’ as an official part of International Cassette Store Day 2014.
A-side ‘Drifter’ is a dreamy blend of cosmic guitar riffs quilted with lumbering shoe-gaze, offering vocals reminiscent of early psychedelia. B-side ‘Spirit World’ hits the active core of live psychedelic music, as it was recorded at their gig last September supporting The Telescopes.
There are 100 numbered tapes available from September 27 to coincide with the band’s gig at this year’s 3rd annual Liverpool Psych Fest where they will be available to purchase in person. Pre-orders are now available on the Blak Hand Records Bandcamp page.
