The Vaccines have announced details of the release of a new single. Norgaard will be released through Columbia Records on Monday 21st August 2011.

The single is taken from their debut album, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, which was released in March of this year.

 

 

Additionally, following the recent announcement of their U.K. headline shows and their support slots on the Arctic Monkeys arena tour, due to demand The Vaccines have announced details of 2nd Manchester show on November 17th. Their London Forum, Edinburgh Picture House, Norwich and 1st Manchester shows have already sold out.

Tickets for the new Manchester show go on sale on Friday 8th July via www.gigsandtours.com and will be priced at £15.

Support on their November / December headline tour will be provided by Frankie & The Heartstrings and Howler.

They recently made two appearances at the Glastonbury Festival this year – their slot on the Other Stage on Friday opened the BBC coverage of the festival.

The band have additionally just completed a U.S. tour with the Arctic Monkeys, where Lyle Preslar, formerly of Minor Threat, joined them on stage in NYC, The band also made their U.S. network television debut on the Late Show with David Letterman on May 23rd.
